Caught this beatiful Steelhead with a 2/5ths oz. glow in the dark Little Cleo from the Upper Niagara River on 11-17-09.  After trying a few spots on the break wall we moved underneath the Peace Bridge and struck gold, I mean steel.  I tossed the spoon into a deep pocket right next to the towering Peace Bridge abutment then jigged it twice, and this huge hen smashed my harware.  I love getting trout from the Lower River but nothing compares to getting them from the Upper River.......... and right under the Peace Bridge....C'mon  she was 32 inches long and my biggest Steelie ever.
